You mean just because I'm keeping track of my food, I'm not necessarily LOSING WEIGHT?
Sigh.
Baby steps.
At least I'm drinking my eight glasses of water each day and eating more fruits and veggies. I look forward to getting some help with my hip pain so I can get some reduced-pain exercise.
